Is this broken game even beatable?

I've played this game for more hours than I want to because I don't like to leave games incomplete. But the game looks broken(like Sakura Clicker), and doesn't function like a standard tetris game. I'm only on level 12, after 11 hours. I thought I was just bad at tetris, but in a standard tetris game I can get to level nine, and after 3 standard tetris games, my high score is 75k. Has anyone beat this game, or is it a lost cause?...
