Foundation DLC ability glitch

So I have Fracture and Create, Fracture works great but when I use Create the rocks break immediately. Cant progress The Nail without being able to climb on outcroppings. Anyone else have this issue?

Like so fast you can’t even land on them mid levitate to use as a foot hold?

Exactly...I have tried that method for hours. On a rare occasion I will hit one just right but you usually have to do more than one and its just not possible.

What FPS are you playing at? Tried capping the game at a lower FPS?

I'm running around 60 fps. Every video I have seen shows the outcropping lasting 6 or 7 seconds. Mine breaks up immediately. Other than than that the game runs flawless.
