Asynchronous Suit Did Not Unlock
Has anyone experienced this after completing Self-Reflection Mission?

I reported this just now. I just wanna know if it happened to anyone else.

Pretty sure you must loot it from the mannequin.

Yeah it spawns on one of the mannequins in the room you fought esseJ in.
Pick it up and that will unlock it.

Oh I thought it was automatically unlocked just like the others. Thanks, I'll look into it now.

I beat the boss but the suit isn't on the mannequin, how long do i have to wait?
