jesus with the random frame drops from 80 fps to 40 in some areas i would love to cap it at 30 with a xbox controlers just so it feels smooth, but nothing in the options fixes anything with this game. Even after the driver updates.

playing this game at 30fps would be horrible just no.

Yeah no kidding, it runs at 30 fps and can drop to the low 20's on the ICA levels, hate how it's gonna run in Miami

most the time its over 80 fps for me. but some ares in all the levels drops to 40. which is not bad, but from 80 to 40 constantly is waaaay too noticable.

IO should fix the fps problem.

It's literally been 1 entire day. Give it time. The game is very well optimized compared to say Ubisoft or EA games.

It's been more than that if you paid for the early 4-day access.

Well.. Pre-order once, shame on you. Pre-Order again, and you have some screws loose.

No specs mentioned can mean it is run on a potato.
But if by any chance you have nvidia card (rtx or 10 series) or g-sync monitor (or both) - pester nvidia, because it's their fault.

Also, check nvidia panel if Hitman 2 is not set to adaptive sync or half-refresh.

It is pretty much a potato, but when looking at a wall and zooming into a wall, it still sticks to 30

What FPS do you get when you aren't using V-Sync? The way V-Sync works means it'll fall back to 30 FPS in scenarios where it can't achieve 60 FPS.

The game runs at 30fps because your rig can not handle constant 60.
