Poor UI design.
Will there be a change to how the menus and UI are designed?

My biggest Issues are
Contracts Mode
When finishing a contract, the menu has a useless button "load game", and 80% of screen space is unused where the game could easily fit two rows, one of them could be "More featured contracts", the other "More from same map (as contract you just finished)"
Destinations and Missions
The list of destinations being horizontal, rather than vertical, makes it so that someone who owns both Season 1 and 2 needs to scroll 2 screen lengths to select a location, even though it would easily fit vertically leaving enough space for 2 more seasons of locations.

Heads Up Display
The HUD lacks clarity, "Searching" in pink frame is too ambiguous, is someone investigating disctaction? Are they angry about a found body? are they searching for me?
The yellow background of "Surveilance system has been disabled" is somewhat distracting as almost universally around the world yellow is recognized as a color of a warning, it should be green.
The color scheme of minimap and HUD is a step backwards, Season 1 had perfect color scheme for the minimap allowing full readability of enforcers, normal NPC's and targets.

I thought HITMAN had some of the best UI design overall, and that probably why you want it to be better.

I disagree that Load Game should be removed from there, it's actually potentially quite useful. You might save at one point in the level (eg. after disabling a bunch of security and getting a good disguise), finish, then load back to that point to do something different.

I DO agree that the UI could be used for more stuff though, I don't mind the idea of a small recommended other contracts bar.

I agree, much like the item loadout it could use changes, especially as more maps come to the game. Organising it in vertical blocks seperated by the current tabs (eg. a 6-cube rectangle that's Hitman 2016 content, another one that's Hitman 2 content, and then the Sniper maps) would be a lot better.

I don't think it's quite as bad as you say it is. When a body is found the game's very clear about that, and if they're searching for you specifically it'd either be Compromised (NPCs are aware of you in your current disguise) or Hunted (Guard NPCs are actively aware that there's a hostile on the loose and are looking for you). "Searching" means that something has interrupted someone's normal patrol and made them suspicious, but things will eventually return to normal.

There might be some room for clarification (eg. maybe distinctions like "Guard searching" could be implemented) but I think the current system works decently.

OP meant in contracts, you can't save during contracts so the load game button is a little useless.

Contracts Mode does not allow save or load (though that's a change I'd like to see, I think we should get 1 save point in contracts just like Master difficulty)

In addition, when playing contracts and finishing one, your only choice when you want to play some more is to quit back to main menu, then go to the contracts tab and reopen the contracts submenu (search/featured/popular/friends/my)

The "load" button could be replaced by "back to contracts"

Exactly this!
I like the UI in general but contracts has poor navigation

If you think this UI is bad look at Hitman 2016's. This one is a lot better.

All the bad things are the same as in 2016.
Minimap is worse in terms of color scheme.
The pop-ups (pacification, accident kill, unnoticed, non target killed etc.) are slightly better.

Aaah, I see, I thought by "contract" he just meant generally after finishing a mission.

It's more understandable though it's still possible someone might want to load after a contract.

(though IMO for contracts it should be up to the contract creator. Let them select between no saves, unlimited saves, or Master-mode single saves)

Yep, I'd like to see one single save slot in contracts. This basically why I rarely play them and only play them on maps I know by heart.
