Yeah, you can take it that way. It's not very explicit (doesn't really feature many of the deal with the devil cliches, like having to engage in some material action to "sign the contract" either literally or metaphorically) which is why I go with the GGC outro, because it confirms it a bit better IMO. Bain quotes The Dentist saying "the contract is fufilled" which is pretty on-the-nose.

Well the key detail the theories I’ve read missed is the fact that the original Dentist video displays a Deal with the Devil in the writing. The Dentist appears to Dallas unsolicited and in the guise of a normal person, only to reveal he knows Dallas’ greatest secret and offers him his hesrt’s desire, in exchange for getting Hoxton out of jail the Payday Gang must steal an item the Dentist covets (essientally the selling of one’s own soul). The whole thing is simply written in such a way that it cannot be an accident.

Not sure what you mean by "Walk me through"? I'm aware of at least some of the theory elements I can name (FBI Files hints, GGC's intro, the recent Kataru Triangle referring to The Dentist as a Demon Star, The Dentist being around for 30+ years according to the FBI Files, The Dentist somehow being even more mysterious than Bain), though I'm sure there's probably a couple of details I'm unaware of.
