how do you get Looking into the distance?

You have to kill the sleeping stage crew that likes golf and have his body be found. Then wait for the girl he was sleeping with to come back to her room. Then snipe the guy who shows up on the docks in the distance by the golf bag. You'll hear a ghostly shout of "fore" when it works

it dosen't work if i do it while the girl is still in the room?
(as in: "i start by 47 suite, hack the door, kill the guy, and use the radio or distract the girl to see the dead body, all of this in like 45 seconds)

It's a good 7 minute wait from when his body is found until the guy shows up on the dock.
