Poor touch support
I've been playing the game with controller and loving it, but I was traveling with my laptop (Windows with touch screen) and wanted to try playing it with touch, as it seems like it would work great that way, but it's buggy to the point of unplayable - it seems to often register touches at the previous location, so if I tap one button, and then tap another, the second tap triggers the first button (somewhere else on the screen) again. Usually causes me to end my turn as my first action every other turn - not good! Not knowing which platform or API your using, but at a low level it feels like when it gets a WM_LBUTTONUP message or click event it's using the position of the last WM_MOUSEMOVE message or mousemove event (or polling the position each frame) instead of the X/Y that comes with the click event.

yep, I can confirm this. Got the same issues. Surface pro model 1866 and the game is unplayable, because every 2nd turn gets skipped.

I am experiencing the same problem, it is very frustrating. It seems to be retaining focus on the prior control that was tapped/clicked and will frequently activate that control, even if I tap elsewhere! Perhaps it would be better to reset focus at the beginning of each turn?
