NUDE PATCH?
I'm a pathetic piece of ♥♥♥♥ who likes to look at 2D naked girls to relief himself (since no real girl would want to even speak to me) in the vain hope to forget for a few moments the emptyness of his life, that said you should understand why i would like to know how to enable the H-mode, assuming this is even possible.

Since this came out recently why is there even a need for the nudity patch? Shouldn't it just include the nudity since that is now allowed on Steam?

It's because certain dictatorships like Australia would just flat out remove it from being sold on steam for their country. I've heard certain other games got removed, so it's actually a BAD thing to sell the games without needing an optional patch. >_<
