Some instincts bugged/not working on multiplayer

"Get Scaled Down" and "Expose a trash man" only worked for the host. Tried restarting the game on both ends and still not working. We're both playing on steam. /: Haven't noticed any others yet but if anyone has a fix or knows anymore that aren't working please be sure to put in the comments so the devs can investigate the problem.
