Is Online multiplayer AND split screen at the same time supported?

For example, I have a large widescreen monitor and controllers on my PC. I could play split screen with kid 1. But can we also join an online session or invite more players to play with us who have their own copy of the game on Steam?

Context: i bought this for my daughter. If I buy it on this PC, I was hoping I could play it with her + my other daughter sitting next me on on this PC.

you can remote play with steam doing 4 player co-op with games. player 1 and 2 would be you and other 2 could be freinds watching. dont know if it works on this game but ive done it with others
