i play on steam deck, i think it is an issue with the rhino and the are map itself, i tried to headbutt it back to the zoo, but it continues to lag out and sends the rhino flying somewhere

i managed to get it, there's some weird world generation trigger or something near the road.
grab rosie and head south but stay on top of the cliff that borders the zoo. once you reach the water tower, jump in her enclosure with her and it should work. :D

One workaround I found: Use the yoshi egg backpack to eat Rosie, then hatch her in her pen.
