Alan body building issue

So im trying to build a body for Alan but on the fabricators for the parts the popups are not showing so i cant build it. what do i do?

You have to scan the parts first, that's basically the main quest.

i did and i have the items and everything

I think they trigger with dialogue, then you can activate them from the panel below the actual display.

If I'm understanding correctly....you have the parts and scanned the stuff, but still cannot build them.

I will say that no fabricator you can make can build the body. You may know HOW, but you lack the technology to make his body.

You may have to find a special facility from AL-ANs people that can make it for you.
