Sea Truck (spoiler and help needed)
I found it quite enjoyable that you had to back up the Sea Truck to the Aquarium Upgrade in order to hook them up. Automagnetic connection or something.

I hit E to let go of the control sticks, so I could look around. Without the upgrade (disconnect upgrades) it was pretty small, but much bigger with it added on. There was at least one storage space in the upgrade segment, but I didn't use it yet.

I drove the truck around a little, then decided to look around inside again.

I can't figure out HOW. I go into the truck's top, and I'm automatically holding the control sticks. I hit E, but I'm out of the truck and not just away from the pilot controls. I wanna walk around my seatruck...

Did I do something wrong the first time, which is why doing it (what I think is) right after that is actually wrong? Am I glitching?

I've been working on something else lately, but I'll ask you guys. Do your aquarium cabins fill with water when damaged as well, or is it only if you manufacture something from the vehicle thing and something falls on it (basically it get damaged before you ever enter it)?

Can you drain it properly if you have the moonpool grab it so it's above the water, then it's always empty of water when you submerge from then on?

You know you can disconnect the modules from the inside? There's a lever on the left side of the cabin.

I'm well aware you can disconnect them from inside.

The problem isn't the disconnecting, it's that in order to regain function, I need to reconnect them. I suppose you could back the cab into the modules instead of having to go outside...

The point it...you shouldn't have to do any of it, that's what a bug is about.

A few things I've noticed with the truck.

1. If you are parked at a considerable angle with modules attached, when you get up from the seat, it dumps you outside instead. You can get in the back door and walk, but it's noticeably difficult.

2. After reloading the game, my attached segments seem to be 'offline' even though they are connected. I can go in the cabin module and be fine, but when I sit to pilot it, I start losing oxygen. I need to go out, pull the module off and reconnect. Only need to take the module off directly connected to the cab and reconnect.

3. Not really a bug or an issue, I just find it incredibly useful. Ramming...I've taken out Brutesharks and I purposely go after Seamonkeys...

Same here. Also I find that the Moonpool doesn't seem to recharge the cabin. If anything it drains energy. Likely all Early Access problems.

I'm just waiting for the next update. I think I've finished everything I can do at the moment and can't wait to get busy with my fully loaded seatruck!

That is something I noticed too...I don't really bother docking it currently.

I don't recommend driving an attached truck into the moon pool to dock the head unit. When I did this, it arranged the units in such a way that attempting to reconnect them resulted in the head unit always re-docking with the moon pool. I then tried to push the aquarium module out of the way with the head unit and the aquarium despawned without a refund :(

They're not in the game yet.

There are way too many bugs with the Sea Truck and Moonpool combination right now. Best bet is to use a Power Cell Charger rather than a Moonpool.

Agreed. After loading my save today, my sea truck is now stuck pointing down in the moonpool slot but the moonpool says there is nothing docked. I can get in the truck but it wont move. I can then get out of the truck and I am swimming inside the air of my base while losing oxygen. The truck is not actionable on by the repulsion cannon either so I can't 'move' it that way, thought it was worth a shot.

In short: don't dock in the moonpool.

Almost every time I start the game and get in the SeaTruck, the power is off in the modules, so the fabricator does not work and there is no O2. I have to manually disconnect and reconnect the modules to get the power back on.

Also, you will lose the modules if you crash them too hard into something.

Subnautica is always like that- do you have the first game? If you are in a base and save there and load the game, then there is no 02 or power. The load sequence seems:

World
Constructions
o2/power
Player

First I got a habitat builder soon after I started this new update, there is one in a crate next to the entrance to the habitat on Rocket island, I ended up with 2. Very nice if the seamonkeys grab the first, if I give them half a chance.

Second always attach the modules by hand backing up could end up with the module being slightly twisted and strange things happening. If you can dock with modules attached then you are cleverer than me lol.

I got the depth warning when going to the broken spaceships, and looking around them I noticed that they must of been at battle stations, weapon ports were all open. Something to do with Margerite, pirates? Just guessing here..

Also has anyone found a planter module, it was the first one I found and I will build it as soon as I can but first I need the docking one for the Prawn suit, still looking for 2 parts for it and one for sleeper module.

I've been looking everywhere for a planter and anything to plant. I'm only able to do creepvine, and the red and purple sea bushes.
Maybe they're being mean on purpose. I was able to do SO WELL in the first game with lots and lots of planters everywhere, with glowing mushrooms and air corals. Just, stay on the sea floor and worry about food and water only :)

But I guess we can't get air plant material, and there's no more... oh yeah it was Brain Coral. Too bad.

I just got the game and I am pressing all the buttons on my keyboard and I can't find the rear view button. What is the button?

It doesn't exist. They removed it because "It was too stressful on the game engine."

Remember how the Cyclops had THREE CAMERAS?

How using each of those cameras caused a "Switch-to-screen" event where your view was switched to the camera view with no issue?

Well with the Seatruck they used a "Screen-in-screen" event that dropped performance and caused alot of trouble.

So rather than switch to "Switch-to-screen" events, they removed the feature

So Below Zero is a DLC made of cut content that has its own cut content and a price increase.

Rather than fix issues UWE removes them.

Lazy.

i think that the seatruck aquarium can collect fish or you can move fishes to the aquarium manualy
