Can you guys help me on what to do next?

-So I've found the antidote and injected it to the bacteria on the frozen leviathan.
-I have also found all Alterra bases and checked them: Delta, Phi, Omega, Koppa, and outpost Zero.
-I've fixed the signal at Delta. I have already visited Maida's greenhouse.
-Al-An pointed me to 5 markers and I've already scanned the stuff in there. (I revisited each one to make sure).

Right now, I'm just missing the recipe for the Architect's organs.
Not sure where I should go next? :(

recipe for the architect you miss is either north on land after the bridge either in the crystal cave after 600 depth and before fabricator cave i don't remind exactly wich one is where so it's one or the other location in the spoiler

Land on the north is where outpost zero is. But I'll try to revisit again

no, the northland is where the arctic spires are. you will recognize this biome as you see it. it's not outpost zero. as Vince said, cross the bridge (you don't need to, you can also access this biome via Glacial Basin but... you'll see

You can find Architect's organ in the crystal cave (under the Margaret's base). When Al-An gives some words near the huge crystals, you could find the hole at the center of the crystals. Go though the hole to reach to the Architect's organ.

Yeah, I just realized that while looking at the map Vince sent. The one in near the ice worms is actually the skin. I've been in the crystal caves before... The leviathan there scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me lol

If you get the defense upgrade for seatruck they can't do ♥♥♥♥ to you. Just zap them each time they launch at you. No damage taken, it absolutely trivializes them.
