Also on a side note I wish people would just stop bringing up race, like seriously half the subjects have nothing to do with race and people keep mentioning it.

"I am not a (something), but..." generally is a terrible one. Whatever 'something' is, the next words tend to be damning.
'I am not a wife beater, but...'.
'I am not a drug addict, but ...'
'I am not a shoplifter, but...'.
For one thing, it brings the focus and attention to the thing you do NOT want to be associated with. Instead of protecting from an association, it draws attention to it.
Just don't.
But like I thought it sounded pretty bad not liking a certain voice that's why I said it.
But seriously
I can't play the game with voice volume because of it.
Now I have to either wait till a mod comes along to remove or replace it or keep playing with Voice Volume set to 0%.

All voices have an accent, even robot voices, though I agree, the PDA's accent should be more easily understood.
One line in particular - when you first encounter the wrecks - I listened to it repeatedly while putting together a YT video and still have no idea what she's saying.
