reinforced diving suit, and cold resistance buff ?

description say "it give a better resistance to extreme temperatures" correct me if i m wrong but seem to work only for heat, imho it should give at least a +25% buff to cold as well.

Reinforced dive suit is a port from SN1 where you absolutely needed it for the last 2 zones. It works against heat. There are really only a small handful of places in BZ where you might actually get some real value out of it. It doesn't do anything against the cold. I'm not really sure why they added it other than that some artist did all the work to reskin the female model with it and they didn't want to waste all that development time. I've asked repeatedly for them to at least clarify this in the PDA entry but it hasn't risen on the priority list enough yet.

Mainly, cold suit on land. Stillsuit in the water.
