Thats the box in the big antenna. I thought I must use paraller processing unit to override the antenna and do what Marguerita asked for. I have the paraller processing unit. I made one. But now Im standing on the antenna and cant use the paraller processing unit. What am I missing here?

Try the Repair Tool.

The fragment of the Test Override Module (TOM) is located inside Maida’s Base on the edge of the center table near the Seatruck Perimeter Defense Upgrade in the Reaper Leviathan Skull room. The Parallel Processing Unit is an item that is used in the Test Override Module’s recipe. I hope that clears things up.

Yes, here. I found it easy to miss. It's the boxy looking thing in the room with the Snowstalker and Maida when you first encounter her in her base. It's right near the Seatruck Perimeter Defence.

I'm having the same issue with the test override module. I've walked through Maida's base many times and can only seem to find the defence upgrade. could this be a glitch with the new update (june-2020 30466)?

There was an issue with the update where you couldn't see the TOM in Marguerit's base in the version 30171 if you had one save from Frostbite. It should be fixed in 30466. Please verify.

I still cant find it guys :( I went back to Margeritas base and looked thoroughly in the room where the little snowstalker is sleeping. There is dismantled Snowfox (not available to scan it) and there was the defence module for seatruck next to it. But nothing like TOM. I have 30466 version of the game.

EDIT: Im taking that back guys. Im taking that back. I have the TOM blueprint already, but since there is only question mark as a symbol, I was constantly overlooking it in my schemes. Silly me! Sorry for bothering guys.

Unlike Peacemaker, I'm still stuck without a TOM module to scan in Margurite's base. I'm on 30466 (Salad Days), but using a save file from the prior . I had already visited Margurite in the prior, and subsequent visits to her base have yielded nothing in the form of a TOM.

Any options besides starting completely over (would rather not at the moment, but..)

Console commands

From another post (Goes way back to the missing hydraulic fluid) : Had the same problem and I had just restarted a game 4 days ago. Did the fix for the missing hydraulic fluid and it works. Delete the following folder (maybe back it up first) and it seems to pick up some of the missing items that were added after you started the game. It also resets all the loot boxes which is like cheating but it sure better than starting over.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SubnauticaZero\SNAppData\SavedGames\slot0000\CellsCache

Removing the entire folder is indeed a poor workaround.

Use the console command as mentioned, the command is "unlock radiotowertom".

I used console commands as couldn't find either blueprint and crafted Test Override Module. When I went to connect it into Communications Tower I could see that another TOM was already connected and I couldn't connect my new TOM or activate test mode on terminal at base. Maybe because I have already been to Marg's Greenhouse in this game save before I knew about this change for plot on Delta/Rocket Island?

THANK YOU!!!!!!
God, I was stuck in margerites base and the TOM didn't spawn, luckily I found your trick! (It was in the slot0003 though, but I wouldn't have thought of trying it without your suggestion)

Ok, that unlocks the blueprint, but I still don't have the processing unit... So, I still can't proceed
