where to build Sea Truck modules ?

I cannot build them at the fabricator. The building station of the Moonpool is not available. but the early access version already provides for 4 extension modules, so I should be able to build them somewhere (without cheating) ?

The Upgrades? On the Fabricator section of the Sea Truck.

The sections themselves are built from the Mobile Vehicle Bay (like the Sea Truck).
