Squidshark is probably the biggest new creature (Deep Twisty Bridges) until the Chelicerate is added in the next update.

how about that giant worm?

It's not in the game yet - you can spawn in the model but it doesn't do anything except sit there.

You need the thumper item and place it

Also you have to spawn it ON LAND ONLY
