Report a translation problem
If your internet is slow you can try doing a file verification instead of redownloading it all. Right-click on it in your library and search the pop-up box for the info.
If I try to start Below Zero through Steam, it won't even launch, but if I try to start the game's exe manually from the directory it installed to, it runs the original Subnautica. After I uninstalled the original Subnautica, the game now tries to download and install Subnautica.
Connects to steam on or offline automatically.
