Wha? I didn't come off superior, in no way shape or form did i say i was superior.
One small thing I should add though is that phobias are exactly that: irrational fears.
Rational fears come down to being afraid of things that might kill or harm you, whereas irrational ones don't specifically make sense on their own, even if a traumatic event got you that fear.
Calling phobias irrational is not weird, it's science.
They're still pretty creepy, maybe I'll get over my fear of the glow whales, and start working my way up.

Although, for some reason it doesn't bother me if the game is third person.

Seriously, that's what aphobia is: a fear without a reason. There is no Why, there is only Fear.
