Large room glass dome (Having trouble crafting)

I have the blueprint and crafted all the required materials, but every time I try to build the thing nothing happens. I can't even get the outline to show up in the world. Anyone else having this problem?

Nevermind. I think I figured it out. I scanned the blueprint off a building that was unfinished.

Have you tried just placing a Window on the ceiling?

Harric the blueprint for the Large Room can be scanned in the Snowfox Base in the Glacial Basin.

Blueprint for the Helmet Flashlight is in the new mining site under the Rocket Island

Blueprints for the Boost Tank and Control Room are in the Geysers biome near the Rocket Island

Jukebox and Observatory Room are at the Rocket Island base

Cold Suit is probably back in the Glacial Basin somewhere but not sure exactly where.

Like I said, I found the blueprint by scanning an unfinished building located around the purple gas area with the grumpy face leviathan. As far as I know, it's the only place I've found where you can even scan the blueprint. And because of this, I don't think it's able to actually be built yet.
