If it really is back, there's more than one rocket there - try moving slowly around the rocket and find a spot that lets you repair the other rocket(s).
There's a bug that spawns multiple rockets in the same place, one on top of the other.
Disclaimer, while I do this myself I make no promises this will always work safely.
Clearing the cache will tend to solve anything related to the mesh going wrong.

In your Steam\steamapps\common\SubnauticaZero folder
SNAppData\Saved games\slot0000
There is a folder called CellsCache. Delete that folder and restart the game. A new one will be rebuilt.
