Looks good so far and an interesting game, somewhat simplified EUIV game, which is good as it avoids all the bogging down in detail that sometimes gets overdone. Will be following the game for sure. Only question is why is Russia included in Africa as they never expanded into this continent. Other than that it looks pretty cool. Perhaps if you want to have an even 8 countries, maybe make the 8th one a user created one. Russia seems out of place. Otherwise looks good....

Switching to tool tips was quite welcome, but some of them are giving the wrong information. For instance, if you hover over the school, you're told that building the school will increase coin production by 1. Actually it increased crown production by 1. The same is true for the hospital, and probably church and theater as well. I didn't check on the railroad or the fort....
