Tutorial question: cursor mode in player option?

In the Advanced tutorial, it says you can change the cursor mode by player option, but I don't see that setting when I open the player option menu? Maybe this is outdated info?

Drawing tools and flicking tools?

Hello. There was no mention of being able to draw or flick in the tutorial. Is it not possible in this game? I was hoping maybe the physics here might be better suited to bring some flicking games in than TTS, but it seems like there's no flicking at all from the tutorial. Same goes for drawing games....

Designer Looking for a System to build my prototype in. Is this it?

New to both TTS, and TTP. I have a fairly complex 4X game I'd like to make a digital prototype of. I've been using Foundry, but am thinking about trying one these. Would you recommend it? Why? Why not? thanks.
