Stratos Audio Logs? And Favorite Puzzle

Is there a Stratos audio log in every world? I've found three so far, but can't find any in the North. I'm literaly trying to do a grid search of the play area, haha.

So far the Rainbow puzzle is my favorite, very simple, but I stared at it for five minutes. Love the ones where fans balance a key item so it's ping-ponging back and forth and you can see the beams from distant checkpoints.

Still waiting to figure out what in the world the Gold Gates do. I'm purposefully avoiding spoilers on that, haha, but notice lights keep illuminating as I progress.

You mean Straton, right? Straton of Stageira. I feel like there's one in each area, but if so, I haven't found all of them (I found 9). I've also had to keep track of Trevor's logs, Lifthrasir's logs, and human artifacts, on top of the stars, puzzles, and labs that the game already keeps track of.

The Rainbow puzzle is definitely one of the coolest, although it's hard to say which one is the ultimate best puzzle. I will say though that Jailbreak seems to be one of the ugliest (I haven't cracked that one yet).

If you've ever tried for the extra puzzles in the original game, this is kind of what's behind those gates. You can actually catch glimpses of puzzles behind them! To unlock them, as you may have surmised, you need to first complete all the regular and "lost" puzzles, as well as enter each side of the Megastructure. Next, those golden gates on the main island where the Megastructure is has 12 spots for something: each spot for a flame from each of the golden puzzles.

Jailbreak is one of those puzzles where you have to remind yourself the player also counts as a functional object.

As far as the golden gates and the main island go, note that there's also a structure there where you can insert the stars you obtain.

Oh yeah, you're right, haha. Straton. At least with Trevor and Lifthrasir, they're marked with ?s. The artifacts and Straton I feel are designed to have players explore every inch of the game area, which I don't necessarily mind, but it would be much easier if there was a way to track areas already explored on the map.

I am fairly certain that there are only 9 Straton recordings. (I COULD be wrong, but I don't think so? I was also looking very hard for these because I like what Straton has to say.) There is one in all of the first 8 levels, then none in the 9th level, then the one labeled Straton 9 is in the 10th level, then there aren't any more.

You always get them in the same order, so you can't use the labels to know if you've missed one in a previous level. In fact, there is one in the 9th area, if by that you mean "South 3"

Does anyone have a list of their locations? I don't think I manage to find the one in North 1 and I have no way to check which ones I picked up.

Sadly the list has yet to include west 3. I got west 2 from the screencap before they put it on though.

There was a post in this forum where someone posted an imgur link to the audios from S3 to W3. Look for that.
