Majima Everywhere not progressing

Hi guys, I'm not able to progress with Majima Everywhere after hitting rank G and beating Majima at Millennium Tower. I got a text message about going to Shine, but when I was there, I only got the usual cabaret club options. I received another message about checking for objects, but it disappeared after the batting cage story encounter with Majima. After that, I'm only able to do 3 missions with Komaki. I got the story encounters, like the encounter at the wharf, and again at Shangri-La, but not anything else.

I've already finished the game and restarted in New Game Plus mode, and I'm still stuck with the same text message about Shine, and I've not encountered Majima other than during the first fight with him, and during the funeral. All my other skills are already maxed out, but I'm not able to do Komaki's substories, even though I've done all the others.

Is there any way I can resume the Majima Everywhere section, or is my game permanently bugged?

you're not even get goromi event, how can you progressing majima everywhere. get in and get out club shine until goromi event triggered

I have already maxed out Rina's friendship, and every time I go to Shine, I only keep meeting Rina. Majima doesn't show up at all.

You have to kinda go in and out of Shine until you get Majima to spawn. It's a bit of a RNG for this event. It took me about 3 attempts of meeting the hostess until I got Majima to spawn, so it can vary.

I know, but I've basically been stepping in and out of Shine like 10 times in a row and it's still not triggered. I've already maxed out Rina's friendship in New Game Plus, and have visited her another 3-4 times in a row. Besides, there's no green circle at Shine in the map.

I'm having the exact same problem right now. Did you eventually find a solution?

No, I never managed to fix the problem. I ended up starting a new game, and this time following through on every Majima text as soon as I get them.

There is an upside to this however, as you'll never be attacked by Majima, which after awhile becomes extremely irritating. Even if you have the beads that disable encounters, it only prevents walk in encounters, and Majima will continue to ambush you as you move around. That may be fine when you're still trying to level your Dragon skills but once you're maxed out, having to fight Majima with 5 bars of health every 10 minutes gets really tiring and you just wish he'll leave you alone.

Haveing the same issue right now, but I have beat him at Shine. I am trying to find him in hidden around, and the only big object I found was a Traffic Cone, but when I cheaked it, nothing happend.

Did you do the Maijma under the traffic cone event yet? He's in front of Smile Burger I believe.

Either way, Goromi will only appear after time passes at least once after Nishida's text about Club Shine. Do the main story until it turns morning, noon or evening again. Then go to Club Shine and Goromi should appear right away when you answer "Yes" to the doorman.
