The only difference is slight visual downgrades and fewer and simpler blood effects.
Smaller size comes from optimization and/or other compression method.
Is there anyway to undo these visual downgrades in the enhanced version?
Does your Mod offer any upgrades?
From my side I would say you would not notice the downgrades directly, unless you compare both images at the same time.
Yes, my mod has restored the old blood effects from the non-enhanced edition, which were indeed much more intense.
And i Increased the texture size of cells and the number of times light bounces significantly. Looks a little bit like raytracing in some parts.
But my mod no longer has vanilla lightning. Everything is darker.
I asked this for the non-enhanced version too, but this version I do seem to at least be getting some XP... even though the XP doesn't seem to do anything but get cosmetics.
you have to setup your lobby with codex rules off
Also hacking doesn't work in multiplayer, but I think that one's intentional
I believe in MP you have to upgrade your gun with thermal sights. Hacking is not available in MP.
