it's term you taken from game not from real life.

隻 - Read as "seki", meaning vessel, or one of a pair.
腕 - Read as "wan" or "ude", meaning arm.
狼 - Read as "rou" or "ookami", meaning wolf.
The raw translation is "wolf of one pair". "seki-ro" (the "ro" comes from the alternative reading of "ookami"), and in itself is an abbreviation of the phrase "隻腕の狼" read as "sekiwan no ookami", which literally translates to "wolf of a single arm".
