this game probably just isn't for you if you aren't keen on it's mechanics, since sekiro is all about honing your mastery of a few simple inputs and twisting those simple inputs into something far more complicated
steam has a fairly generous refund policy
You can get a refund if you do not like the game and are under 2 hours of playtime or less than 2 weeks since purchase.

There is a simplicity to Sekiro that belies it's complexity. There are many videos on getting to grips with Sekiro. One that I recommend is the Fighting Cowboy "git gud guides."
Sekiro is far from perfect but the combat system is solid and rarely cheap. One attack, one block is pretty simplistic on the face of it.
But, after all, not every game is made for everyone and that's okay.
"use game mechanics or die wow how fun"
huh
There. I fixed it for you.
In summation,
Git Gud.
