As you said, controller is the preferred method of control in these types of 3D action games, but M&K is still decent enough in Sekiro.

Yes.
I agree that kb&m is the better choice if you are used to play with it.
Also i played all DS games and Nioh with m&kb.
Surge 2 is kinda impossible tho because of the directional parry.
I played both. Both are fun. In Nioh you need to use hotkeys for thumbuttons tho and mouse and keyboard is not that easy because you get no prompts.
In sekiro you can change to KB prompts.
