Need to win a bet
Basically, if I get this game to "run" on my HP beats audio Pavilion M7 from 2004, my friend owes me about $60. I don't care what I have to do to the game's files or what shady mods I might have to install, for my family's honor i have to make this work.
Might be up the creek but any sort of advice helps
please

Basic Device specs-

I got 64 bit windows 10 home if that helps

For reference so we know what we're dealing with, my computer runs the first witcher(enhanced edition) at about 10fps in game when not in combat :,^)

Give this a look:

You're still pushing it quite a bit, but depending on your definition of "run" I'm fairly certain you can get it there... ish.

Yikes, how do you define "run" in this context?

Well, at least according to the Intel ark the processor has 8 threads, so it could be that you only need to worry about the graphics power. But "playing" this on a intel HD 4000 seems to be quite a stretch to me.

LowSpecGamer (from the video above) usually has some good tips on how to make games run on low specs, but in this case he is using a athlon 200GE with Vega 3 Graphics, which while being an integrated GPU in a cheap CPU, is a bit more powerful than yours (at least according to this: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-HD-4000-Mobile-125-GHz-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-3-Ryzen-iGPU/m7653vsm511366 ), unless your laptop has a GPU that is not listed on the specs you posted.

In his video he mentions that the game will not not accept resolutions below 800x600, but you could try using this tool: https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/13
I have not tried myself to use it to lower the resolution, but since it hooks into the game, it might be able to set a lower resolution where the config file wont work. It could also cause the game to crash of course. I guess for your family honour it is at least worth trying though.

Good luck with your bet, you are going to need it.
