missing bell in the main hall?

so after i beat genichiro i went through all of mt kongo and in the main hall in front of the buddah statue there is no bell? and im aware i need this to go to the folding screen monkies. has this happened to anyone else?

Uhm there's no bell there except for the dude praying? What bell are you talking about cause this game has like 10 of them.

infront of the buddah statue theres supposed to be a bell that when you inspect it, it transports you to the folding screen monkies bossfight, but its not there for me

You've got to talk to Ishaaniri or whatever his name is and exhaust all dialogue options with Emma and Kuro/Prince. Then you go back and the NPC you can normally talk to is gone. After that the bell is on the table.

ive talked to kuro 4 times. and emma doesnt say anything new either, and i assume you mean Ishin?

The bell probably wont be there untill you get the dialogue with Kuro about finding the Mortal Blade.

Have you talked to Isshin in his tower yet?

Yeah, Ishin.

You might also have to progress further. I gave Kuro a few items before doing the monkey boss part. I did progress further before I beat Geniriko or whatever the hell his name is(I'm terrible with these kind of names) and went everywhere except the Gun Fortress, beyond the Depts and the Abandoned Dungeon. I just passed through the Dungeon to get to the other side following the main path and that was it.

You need to ask Ishin about the mortal blade, and then ask him where to find it.

Ah that one, my first time playing he was there praying I couldn't do anything so I went get other items first, my second time he ded already when I got there lol.
