What to do before NG+?

So I beat all the bosses now anyone knows what to do before starting NG+ like killing NPC to get item?

I already killed the Mibu village chief and Hanbei so that's a start, tried to kill the only waifu Emma but the game wouldn't let me lol.

Mibu Village Chief is the guy who is drinking the water or whutever inside that house? He has a questline.

I brought him water of the palace and he turned into the enfeebled mob so I killed him.

Did you transform one of the Carp Merchants into a Giant Carp?
Did you collect all but 2 beads? (Purification Ending holds the last two beads.)
Did you enjoy the farm for extra attack power from the Dragon Mask Collection? ( Expensive item to make but once you do you can trade skill points in sets of five for 1 attack power. I suggest farming a higher attack power for NG+)

I guess the only thing left is to advance to NG+. The game doesn't have much in the way of optional content outside of mini-bosses and a few quest lines which I assume you finished. Also the dragon mask you don't need to increase your attack power for NG+ the enemies don't scale too much higher unless you want to make yourself suffer by removing a certain item when you meet Kuro and getting the Demon Bell.

{Demon of Hatred?} Did you fight him? He is optional and hard. And the mask is forever. It's in the sculptor menu once you have it unlocked. Sticking with my guns dude. Level that Attack Power or suffer in the way of much harder enemies.

Yeah I did him, hell of a fight and one of the coolest boss in the game tho. I fought pretty much all bosses just without the 2 from purification ending.

Damn right!! I'm still upset that DS3 requires me to farm all those covenants tokens to 100% complete but I didn't even bother even tho I went to NG+7 lol.

They have a stupidly rare drop chance in Fountain Head. Hang on link incoming.

Where to Find Lapis Lazuli
One dropped by Shichimen Warrior, found at the base of a waterfall in the Fountainhead Palace area.
Two dropped by Demon of Hatred, found at the Ashina Castle Grounds late in the game.
Two purchasable from the Fountainhead Pot Noble for 6 Carp Scales each.
If the Fountainhead Pot Noble dies due to feeding the Hirata Pot Noble's 'Truly Precious Bait' to the Great Colored Carp, the latter will inherit the former's stock, including the Lapis Lazuli.
One given by either of the Pot Nobles after feeding their 'Truly Precious Bait' to the Great Colored Carp.
Extremely rare drop from Okami Warriors in Fountainhead Palace (unconfirmed, currently there is no picture/video evidence proving this)

I farmed them for a while about 100 kills got me a hand full :( It was sad.

I have a little "farm route" and till now I killed about 500 of em. Includig demon's curse (ringing the bell). And nothing. I start to think it's a hoax.
