I have a question after i brought the white pinwheel to the guy, I think he ask me to kill him because he wants to join his children he use to take care of, and I accept it, but I try to hit him and nothing happens, what do I have to do to the guy?

There is a prothetic Tool for that, with that you can "abduct" him to his children
EDIT: different word, Btw the tool's name is Divine Abduction

Use the Divine Abduction tool on him. It will take him to others.

Oooh you meand the feathers, it can spirit away people, but how do you use it on him. I use it but nothing happens.

You use it once to activate it around you. Then you use it again on the target in front of you to activate its effect.
