your best bet is to keep an eye out here[isthereanydeal.com], they only show offers from authorised resellers. Alternatively, look around for a physical PC copy, I think a few places have had them considerably cheaper than Steam and they're guaranteed to work because it'll essentially just be an activation code in a box.

Probably not, until much later, you will have to wait.

I have bought in local Store cheaper than on Steam. And there were few DVDs inside! 😁 I was surprised but its true.

allkeyshops also includes unathorised resellers and grey market sites, isthereanydeal is the best option to check legit sites.

Activision published no keys for Sekiro. Maybe they will later, but I doubt it. For now you won't find a key for Sekiro anywhere.

they did I think, Humble for example sells keys.

If you're playing from Europe, CDKeys [www.cdkeys.com] has a pretty hefty discount. They're not a seller marketplace and for the most part are pretty legit (I got my copy of Monster Hunter World from them and it hasn't given me any trouble). If you're playing from the US or somewhere else in the world however, I'd also suggest just setting the notification for better prices in IsThereAnyDeal, as that is probably the easiest way to find a legit discount.

no prob, istheranydeal only shows authorised retailers. Not saying those grey sites will scam you, but they still operate in a grey area reselling keys, usually gotten in bulk in cheaper regions, sometimes even with stolen cc, and there's always risk of getting keys revoked.
I used to trade a lot so I'm quite familiar with those kind of sites and how thry operate, which is why I dont really like them.

Mainly saying this because op asked for 100% legit sites, which g2a, kinguin, cdkeys etc... Aren't.
