PS4 or PC version?
Does this game run at 60fps on a regular PS4 slim? I am asking cuz I can get this cheaper at my local game store for the PS4 and i'm not sure if my PC can handle this, here are my specs in case anyone is curious:

Ignore the Motherboard temp it's reading it incorrectly lol.

PS4 fps is capped at 30, PC capped at 60.

PC also allows for modding.

Go for PC if you can run it.

I have it on PS4 and it works and looks great, but if you can run it you should definitely get it on PC because 60 fps are just better.

PS4 port is unplayable Thanks to typical fps problems of Souls games

i would say that you go for the PS4 version, its more relaxing and From software games are bound to be played with a controller. if you feel the fps is a problem then well, you still own the game when you upgrade to PS4 Pro.

You can still play with a controller on PC.

I'd advise going for PC version OP. Plays better, with higher fps, and looks much better as well.

I chose PC over PS4. I also got a PS4 button mod from Nexus Mods as I play with my PS4 controller.

(If you can run it and choose PC, here's a link to the PS4 button prompt mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/4?tab=posts if interested)
I play on PS4, but only because it likely wouldn’t run as well on my laptop.

Go for pc version, I order ps4 version and run like ♥♥♥♥, also we have mods to get more interesting NG+ :praisesun:

All versions of the game are compared in-depth in this video: If you have a base PS4, performance is expectedly unstable like other From Software games. Go with PC if you think you can run it.

Get it on PC, install mod for PS4 button prompts. You get 60fps (or 120 or 144 if you want, with a mod), you get a swathe of mods and you actually get to enjoy the game's combat the way it is actually designed to be.

If you have an Nvidia GPU then PC, assuming it's a 900 series or newer.

If you have AMD GPU it's a crap shoot.
Polaris - Roll the dice
Vega - No bueno - Play it on PS4
Radeon VII - Good to go!

I bought Sekiro yesterday. On my Vega 56 it can not maintain 60fps, if the camera is looking in certain directions the frame rate tanks until you look away. However I do still have an old GTX 970 lying around and it ran the game with absolutely no problems whatsoever, same settings, same PC, same area of the game. From what I understand Polaris seems OK, but some people still say their 480s and 580s have the same issue my Vega card did. Everything about Radeon VII seems to say it's perfectly fine though.

For now I've refunded and if From Software / AMD can not get this game running good on Vega then I'll wait for it to be $20, buy it again, and play it on the 970.

I'm running it on Vega 56 and it runs fine at 1440p Maxed settings. I think it might be a different problem for you.
