However, I'm now facing a new problem. After fiddling around for a while, I tried to actually create a mod, and it won't let me combine civs. When I try to build a mod using a custom civ, it gives this error:
It also tells me that the page is missing and asks if I want to check the Wayback Machine.
So yeah, I can make a civ, but I can't actually build a mod with that civ.
Well, I may have to learn to use the Advanced Genie Editor, which has the advantage of giving more control over how a custom civ can be made. The disadvantage is that it would be a lot more work. The whole point of Krakenmeister's site was to be easy to use. I'm sure it was a lot of work to make, so I hope it gets fixed soon.
Not necessarily hard to use, just very tedious if you want to change a lot of things.
