Now can someone tell me what will we recieve in this expansion ?

I heard 4 civs( Bulgarians, Lithuanians, Cumans, Tatars)

And all of then except Lithuanians will have their campaign.

What else do we know ?
Will Turks have any additional features ?
In before AoE always focused on Turks Ottoman past but since this expansion is called The Last Khans I hope we get sth related to their nomadic heritage.

Also who do they mean by Tatars ?
Tatar can mean many things. A mongol tribe that killed Genghis' father. A Turko-Mongol society in Ukraine.

In one of the screenshots there is Constantinople. Does this mean Turks will have a new campaign to conquer constantinople ?

judging by the screenshots, the 'tatars' are actually timurids.

the screenshot is from the barbarossa campaign where you cross the crusader army from europe to asia.

Seljuk turks and Tatars and Central-asiatic turkic tribes branched from the same cultural and genetic root but Seljuks were first to migrate towards the middle eastern and Lavant region, so Ottomans or the Seljuks at most only were clashing with the mongols than with the Tatars and Cumans. Byzantine will be featured a lot because the bulgarians were mostly at war with them during their expansion and exodus from the Volga and Crimea region.
