stuck in the queen basement

I got stuck in the basement with only teleporter & purple Mcguffin, the door is down, i cant find a way out. Level design gives me a hint that I need the red McGuffin to shoot the enemies ?

And I can't get close to the green switch because it seems like there is an instant death near that switch.

I'll dig into my saves but I wanted to report what seems to be a possible dead end to be fixed
