Need help in Queen's basement (in DLC)

I'm seriously thinking I've softlocked the game somehow. I'm at the part with the matches, I've burned the first wall, but I literally can't run to the second wall before the match burns out, and I've got no ability that'll let me get there faster while carrying it -- teleporting makes me drop it, and there's nothing for me to purple-beam into (and I'm pretty sure that would also make me drop it).

Hilarious, I was stuck at this very same area and like most of the puzzles that make it a great game, I smacked my forehead and uttered a kind curse word with a nod.
