What I haven't tried is shooting through the matches fire with the projectile (not ray). If that works, it's the easiest way.
And yes it took me several tries as well (keyboard). More often than not, I was pickup the old match instead of the new one.
(and sometimes, the matches didn't appear immediately in the box between attempts)
Thanks MaximKat. It took several tries, but I managed to do it thanks to you.
Wait, I did all that for ONE scrap??? How do I get out of the cave? Oh, the door was open the whole time?! I would have swear it was closed yesterday. Grrr.
Thanks for the advice. Which projectile do you mean? I have a red shooting ray, a purple linking ray and a green teleporting ball. No projectile, unless you mean the ball?
Another question: Do I need the cube to win the race for loop 2? I feel like I do, but can't find the money upgrade needed to buy it.
David meant I don't have the projectile.
I do have the game, and the DLC, on this account. I backed Supraland 2, as I'm a huge fan of Supraland. It's easly one of my top 3 games of 2019.
(Even if the jumps make me nauseous!)
It probably was closed! I spend over an hour trying to figure out how to get the door to open before I gave up. When I launched the game later it was open. In the process though I did figure out that you can ride a match like a magic broomstick though so it wasn't a total loss. Since they're wood, you can join two of them with a purple beam, pick up one and away you go! Even though this is the second time I've gotten stuck for like a hour on puzzle that turned out to be a bug, I'm still really enjoying it.
