This chest is killing me

I found a chest. But it is behind a wall. It so far behind a wall i see no way to get to it. Its in the blue ville throne room right next to the water fall. There is a tiny tiny tiny gap between the wall and the floor, less than an inch. Just enough to see through. I can literally see the top of the chest, but i have looked all over the throne room, ive looked on the cliffs surrounding blue ville, ive scoured all of the throne room and blue ville, and to top it off ive upended the area behind the blue throne with the giant barrel. This chest is driving my mad, I need someone to help me here. What the hell am i doing wrong?
