Need help fixing a crash on startup, UE4 Fatal Error

Everytime I try and launch the game it just gives me this error:

Did you restart the PC maybe?

Everytime I had people with bugs like this, they were all of a sudden gone shortly after.

I've tried to launch this game a few times over the past couple of days, restarting does not seem to work.

It is something about the graphics card.

That might be it, I'll check it with a couple of other UE4 game to see if this might be it.

I get the same error on startup, tried validating files, updating graphics drivers, changing full-screen/windowed and graphics settings. Not sure what could be going on...

Running the exe file as administrator seems to remedy the problem :)

I'm having the exact same issue, the game launched the first time I loaded it, I changed the graphics settings in the game, (to the lowest) and then it crashed, every single time from then on it says fatal error as soon as I try to launch it, I've tried every suggestion; reinstalling, restarting my PC, disabling my antivirus software, updating my graphics drivers, etc., with absolutely no luck, really annoyed that I've paid money for this and can't even get a refund because I bought it outside of Steam

Did this happen after changing graphics settings?
Did he attempt to delete the player prefs file, like david suggested up there? :)
