Where is the Laptop Guy?

I got to the opening part Purple Crystal stage, and an NPC reminded me that the "Laptop Guy" is guarding a powerful upgrade. I can't remember where I found him, and have been wondering the entire map aimlessly. Can anyone tell me where he is located?

Under the giant chair.

He's in a back corner somewhere. You have to go up a hill, and take a left at the path at the top. It took me a while to find him too, given that there's no direction given on how to find him again.

Is this the guy playing Notpron? Is there a trick to getting past him? He just keeops telling me his hard drive says I can't pass.

Try read the puzzle design section of the long description on the store page. Maybe that gives you a nudge in the right direction. :)

I thought this was the easiest puzzle in the whole game. Maybe it's because I work with technology though.

My first thougt on that puzzle was to look in the game folder for an "harddrive" file and modify that with the editor...

If you, like me, had forgotten how to get back to the laptop guy: he is in a crack in the rock wall in the area with the red barrel store. It was kind of tough finding him for me even with the chair hint.
