look at the gate, is there a way to get past it (and yes it might seem totally obvious after)
hint: what do small square wooden blocks/platforms usually means to suggest you do with/"on" it
then once you've gotten past the gate you now have access to the next area puzzle, in there will also be the "solution"/means to your diamond supraplayer groupie problem

I never would have found that myself since I didn't even noticed that you could take and carry the signs.
The bronze plaque is found in the small shed with the pink roof and tree. You have to make an electrical connection between the battery terminal and the house. You'll need two irons and yourself to make the connection.
