How to get 'Health Drink' & 'Well Deserved' Achievements?

Finished the game but stuck on 99% Complete and can't figure out how to get these last two. Any clues?

Well deserved icon looks like the air of someone famous you met in the game, find him and shoot him.
Health drink I think is a mix you are supposed to make in carrot town ?

Did you mix the health potion in the red village? I seem to recall that's where I got that achievement. If that's what it is, here's a hint: Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the juicer. Once you've figured it out, you can complete this achievement in ten seconds.
