How to save ?

i thought we could save at any point in the game... as the tutorial implies.... but not finding that option anywhere.

At inns, from menu, or blue stones.

I played with PlayStation controller and was a button press not an option, so it would be the same probably with a keyboard and mouse if you play with that.

Sorry, can't help with that one (as I don't have or played it on one so don't know if the function exists or even works on it), and I would doubt that they updated the game to include stuff about the Steamdeck in-game tutorial.

Sometimes you just can't save in certain areas of the game. I'm not sure why. You should be able to save while your're in a town or in the overworld, though.

if you are in the city or in the open world you can save game by pressing "y" button, doing so will bring the menu and you can see save game option right down bellow, press start button to save the game after the menu appear, don't just press start button because it will only pause the game and just give you two option either resume the game or quit the game, hope that will help, sorry for my bad english

normally you just press the Start button equivalent on your controller when you bring up the menu, though you can only do it in the overworld or towns, if youre in a dungeon like area like the forest or sewers youre limited to the save points

On steamdeck in the open world : "Y" button to go to menu and then the 3 lines button (upper left of "X" button) to create/replace a save.
I dont remember if it's available befor entering the new world (it takes maybe 15min of introduction ??)

In dungeon you can only save on Stones. Tutorial will explain it at the begin of the forest part after you tried to enter Carabas city.
