But if you want to explore, craft, see all dungeons, get most items it's more like 100 hours
4 open world regions, you always have at least 1 main quest going on (although sometimes you have a few days before the start part starts) with several sidequests available. Quite a few random caves and locations to explore.

Yes to high fantasy, haven't seen any dragons though. There's little dinosaurs though and magical mushroom things. There's a giant floating magic crystal at the heart of a mountain.
Haven't reached endgame yet, so i have no clue how that works. Game is meant to be replayed a couple times, since you're locked into just 1 faction per playthrough. There's supposedly a legacy system to transfer your items to a new character, I'm not sure if it's been revealed how that works though.
